                                                                  Thomas Waters
                                                                I'am a gentlemen

I am so excited when I see the people that were leaving from the city in drovers. Houten's business and shops were closed and dark. I saw a lot of people dead in the street everywhere. The yellow fever was winning the whole entire town. The town was also dying of hunger, all the farmers didn't want to leave their houses to go out and sell food for the town people they said that it was very dangerous for the animals and them too.

They did not wanted to bring their loads into the city some people might starve to death.
But Thomas Waters saw one light rescue. Every one of them had suffered in one way an another. He is thinking to meet two of the elders Absolom Janen and Richard Allen and together were visiting houses around the city.

They are concluding. They were scheme of woe indeed. Thomas Walters is just thinking to bring food into the city market. He worked in a group with volunteers from Free Afuca Society to help the destitute people. you can also see significantly  changes. Thomas Waters thought to meet together with everyone, leaden in the business community church group elected representatives and civil servants.

Only the the free African society was the one group to step forward and often its services. You can see in Philadelphia a lot of people had to mobilize an army of helpers.purpose was to help members who were destitute and to provide care for widows and father and fewer children. Thomas Waters was more optimists. He had made a plan for distribution the food into the city because that some people might starve to death as a result.

Only the blacks responded to pestilence in the same way as whiles. The food was dissolved in each family. Now all the houses were cleaning. The clothes were washing and the people were going out to buy food and medicine and caring for other families too. In then time was more important the government and to be solidarity with each other.
